By exercising the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the product to us in the perfect condition in which it was delivered to you or to provide us with clear and incontrovertible evidence that you have sent it safely within 14 calendar days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal by you and within the same period we are obliged to refund any amounts you have paid to us.
