8. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

However, cases of errors in prices and secondary product features cannot be excluded and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no downtime of the website or “human” errors when updating / indicating the price of a product. After placing your order, you will receive an automated e-mail that will indicate the details of your order. After the order has been processed by the oxean.gr online shopping department, you will receive a second and confirmation e-mail with the products that will be sent to you. From this point on, the contract between us is concluded.
During the progress of your order, you will receive a series of automated e-mails that will indicate the progress of the order. These messages concern the following steps:

Order processing: When your order is checked for correctness.
Order shipment: When your order has been sent by us to you or you have successfully received it from our store.

Exceptions are products with the delivery status Pre-orders, Expected Soon and On Order, for which there is a separate delivery notification.

9. RIGHT OF RETURN
You may return a product and we will refund the price if you notify us in writing, via the contact form https://oxean.gr/index.php?route=information/contact or by telephone by calling the Customer Service Department at (+30) 210 80 66 528, of your decision within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product by you or a third party you indicate. In case you order a batch of products, the deadline starts when you receive the last product or upon delivery of the product in case of periodic services. By exercising the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the product to us in the perfect condition in which it was delivered to you or to provide us with clear and indisputable evidence that you have sent it safely within 14 calendar days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal by you and within the same period we are obliged to refund any amounts you have paid to us. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts and of course be in the condition in which you purchased them from us (closed/sealed packaging). The shipping costs of returning the product are not covered by KALANTZAKIS LURES E.E. and are borne by the customer. The money returned by KALANTZAKIS LURES E.E. does not include initial shipping costs to you if they exceed the cost of universal postal service.
You are not entitled to withdrawal in the cases of article 3l of law 2251/94 and in any other case where this is provided for by law or this in accordance with the law.

10. SUPPLIER'S LIABILITY AND WARRANTY. SELLER'S LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS.
1. The manufacturer of each product you purchase is liable for any damage resulting from a defect in its product. Any agreement limiting or exempting the manufacturer from its liability is void. Claims against the manufacturer for damages are time-barred three years after the injured party became aware or should have become aware of the damage, the defect and the identity of the manufacturer. After ten years from the release of the specific product, the rights of the injured party against the manufacturer are extinguished. In case of doubt as to the identity of the manufacturer of a product you purchased from us, please inform us.
2. Each durable consumer good is accompanied by a written guarantee from the manufacturer of the product or from the company that imported the product into the EU or from the company that affixes its marks to the product and appears as the manufacturer (hereinafter referred to as “the Supplier”). Please pay particular attention to the terms of the guarantee provided by the Supplier as well as to the other accompanying documents and information that are included in the products under the Supplier’s responsibility, especially those concerning information on the safe use and maintenance of the products. We particularly emphasize the following:
3. The supplier must provide the consumer with clear and complete instructions in writing, in the Greek language or with internationally established symbols, for the safe use, maintenance, upkeep and full exploitation of the product and information on the risks during its use and maintenance.
4. The guarantee must include, in simple, legible and understandable language in the Greek language, at least the name and address of the guarantor, the product to which the guarantee refers, its precise content, its duration and the extent of its territorial validity. The guarantee must comply with the rules of good faith and not be voided by excessive exclusion clauses. The duration of the guarantee must be reasonable in relation to the probable life of the product. The probable life of the product is the reasonably expected time during which the product can be used in accordance with its intended purpose, even after repair or replacement of spare parts, until wear and tear from regular use renders the product useless or its further use economically unprofitable. In particular, for cutting-edge products, the duration of the warranty must be reasonable in relation to the time during which these products are expected to remain technologically up-to-date, if this time is shorter than their probable lifespan. If during the warranty period a defect appears in the product and the supplier refuses or delays the repair beyond the time necessary in each case, the consumer is entitled to request the replacement of the product with a new one of the same characteristics and quality or, if it is not repaired, to request withdrawal from the contract. If the required repair time exceeds fifteen (15) working days, the consumer is entitled to request the temporary replacement of the product for the duration of the repair. The Supplier's breach of its obligations does not affect the validity of the warranty, which the consumer may invoke and require the Supplier to comply with. In case of replacement of the product or its spare part, the warranty is automatically renewed for its entire duration with respect to the new product or spare part.
5. In addition to and apart from the warranty, the Supplier of new durable consumer goods must ensure to consumers the continuous provision of technical services for their maintenance and repair for a period equal to their probable lifespan. Also, the Supplier must ensure to consumers the possibility of supplying spare parts and other products, if any, required for their use according to their intended purpose, for the entire probable lifespan.
6. In application of the above provisions, KALANTZAKIS LURES E.E., provided that it is a Supplier of a product, as defined above, will provide you with every possible assistance for the fulfillment of the terms of the Supplier's warranty, without charge to you. This is regardless of out-of-warranty maintenance services, which we can provide to you on a case-by-case basis at the applicable charge.
7. Finally, KALANTZAKIS LURES E.E. has all the obligations towards you provided for in the Civil Code for the seller. Especially in the event of a defect in the product we sell you, you can (a) request its repair without charge or its replacement with another one unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate expenses (b) request a reduction in the price and (c) withdraw, unless it is an insignificant real defect. The above obligations do not exist in the event that the defect has been caused by you, or by force majeure in the narrow or broad sense. In any case, the products must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts, which are also valid for Warranty coverage and are not transferred from buyer to buyer. These obligations in any case expire within two years.

11. ORDER CANCELLATION
If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can call 210 80 66 528 and one of our salespeople will take care of the cancellation of your order. If you have received the product, call us at 210 80 66 528 or contact us via the website's email form, explaining the reason for which you wish to cancel the order. One of our salespeople will serve you immediately and inform you of all your options.

12. PAYMENT METHODS
a) Payment by Credit Card:
Payment by Credit Card: The online store of KALANTZAKIS LURES E.E. accepts all Visa, Mastercard, American Express and DINERS credit cards. Your transactions in our online store are protected by the highest online security systems (SSL and digital certification) which guarantee a secure transaction environment in the largest businesses in the world. When receiving the order, the holder of the corporate credit card must also be present, with the card and his/her ID.
b) Payment upon receipt of the order at your place (cash on delivery) with an additional cost of 2€:
Pay our company's partner upon delivery of your order at your place. The cash on delivery payment method is valid for all of Greece. According to the current tax regulations, invoices worth more than €1,500 (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and invoices worth more than €500 (before VAT) to professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) should be paid ONLY in the following ways:

In the final stage of completing the order, select “Pickup from store” in the Shipping Method. If the products are immediately available, then you can immediately pick them up from our store. Payment for the order will be made at the store’s cashier upon receipt. In case you choose to pay for your order by credit card, we inform you that the charge will be made in the store. You must have your credit card and ID (or passport) with you when paying for your order at the store's cashier.

13. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STORE PRICE AND ONLINE STORE PRICE
The product pricing policy of KALANTZAKIS LURES E.E. is the same in all our distribution channels: store, catalogs, online store. In any case, although we make every effort to accurately indicate the information and prices listed in our online store, we cannot exclude the possibility of typographical or technical errors in product prices and features.

14. ORDER / PRODUCT DELIVERY / SHIPPING COSTS
Order completion:
Once you place your order, you will see the following message (example): “YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED. THANK YOU. Your order number is 8114. Please check your email. We have sent you a confirmation email with the details of your order.”
Delivery dates and times:
Delivery days are from Monday to Friday according to the delivery times of the respective shipping company or courier.
Product pickup:
Place your order by 15:00 Monday to Friday and our company will ship your order to you on the same day. Orders received after 15:00 will be shipped the next business day.

15. ORDER DELAY
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
The product has been delayed in being shipped by our supplier: In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers, whether domestic or international. However, there are cases where an order may be "stuck" at customs or in transit, resulting in us not having it in our warehouses when we expect it. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver the order without this product or to suggest an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately after receiving it in our warehouses.
The product you ordered has already been discontinued and is not available: Among the products we display in our online store, there are rare cases where their supplier suddenly and without warning announces that they are discontinuing them. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you immediately to provide you with all the alternative solutions.
In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
In the event that it is impossible to contact you by telephone and/or by e-mail (if a problem occurs with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, your information that you have registered is not correctly updated. In any case, the delay does not exceed thirty days from the conclusion of the contract.

By submitting your review and presentation to oxean.gr, you agree and warrant that:
The content of the presentation is your own creation and is not the intellectual property of a third party.
The presentation does not contain abusive, religious or racist comments, insults to other members of oxean.gr and third party reviews, discussions of pirated software, illegal activities or intentional abuse of the warranty and terms of use of the product.
Your writings concern the product of the review, do not refer to the pricing of the product and are not misleading or constitute an intentional defamation of it.
The presentation does not include email addresses, personal information of third parties, phone numbers, links from stores, malicious websites or websites with content that does not concern the product of the presentation.
You do not publish multiple identical presentations (spamming).
