You can return a product and we will pay you the price if you notify us in writing, via the contact form https://oxean.gr/index.php?route=information/contact or by phone by calling the Customer Service Department at (+30) 210 80 66 528, of your decision within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product by you or from a third party you indicate.

In case you order a batch of products, the deadline starts when you receive the last product or upon delivery of the product in the case of periodic services. By exercising the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the product to us in the perfect condition in which it was delivered to you or to provide us with clear and incontrovertible evidence that you have sent it safely within 14 calendar days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal by you and within the same period we are obliged to refund any amounts you have paid to us.

In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts and of course be in the condition in which you purchased them from us (closed/sealed packaging). The shipping costs of returning the product are not covered by KALANTZAKIS LURES E.E. and are borne by the customer. The money returned by KALANTZAKIS LURES E.E. does not include the costs of initial shipping to you if they exceed the cost of universal postal service.
